Returns

We accept returns within Pakistan for defective products only.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with proof of purchase.

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Return Method: All returns are processed in-store only.

Return Fees: No fee is charged to the customer for making a return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. Items must be in new and unused condition and exchanged within the 5-day return window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for products returned in new and unused condition. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days.
